What have I learned in life? To assume responsibility for my decisions and actions, to be independent, reliable and flexible. In these busy times, people have to know how to assert themselves and stand behind their decisions. To learn from failures, not to get discouraged but to get motivated.
What does an ideal colleague look like? In my opinion, an ideal colleague is someone I can rely on. They give me a helping hand when I’m running downhill and the fall would be hard and painful.
What do I say about myself? That I need more than a little, I am assertive, stubborn and goal oriented. Helping others makes me absolutely happy and satisfied.
